**About Danny D'Ambrosio**  

With over 30 years in the auto industry, I wasn’t just introduced to the business—I was born into it. Coming from a family of dealership owners and operators, I started from the ground up, working in the wash bay at 12 years old before moving into sales at 18. I climbed the ranks, holding every key position in a dealership—from Service Writer and Finance Manager to GSM and eventually GM at the #1 Volume Jeep Dealer in the Philadelphia Zone. I even spent time in the parts department, giving me a true 360-degree understanding of dealership operations.  

Throughout the years, I’ve trained and developed hundreds of employees in sales and service, watching people come and go. One thing I’ve mastered is recognizing raw talent and shaping it into high-performing, long-term dealership professionals.
